Connecting CSU in the south metro region

The Sturm Collaboration Campus facilitates place-based learning opportunities with a portfolio of co-created programs. It’s a partnership with the community – for the community – that demonstrates the heart of CSU’s land-grant access mission.
Campus offerings include:
- Learning pathways, starting with high school-aged students, leading into the community college system and the CSU System.
- Degree completion programs in partnership with selected higher education providers.
- Mixed-modality course offerings, including support for work-based learning opportunities, such as internships, job shadowing, and workshops.
- Lifelong learning opportunities, including reskilling, upskilling, and new skill development to support local employment and regional economic development.
About the Sturm Collaboration Campus
Opened in 2019, the Sturm Collaboration Campus is a partnership between Arapahoe Community College (ACC), Douglas County School District, and Colorado State University that creates a CSU degree pathway for high school and community college students – all in one location in Castle Rock, Colorado. Sturm brings together education, businesses, and the community to create a unique resource for delivering seamless education and workforce training for the modern learner, meeting students where they are geographically and connecting in the local community through experiential learning opportunities.
