Food systems

Our complex food systems form the connections between natural resources, the agricultural and food industry, and the consumers and communities they serve. Research, education, and extension all help bridge gaps between producers, supply chains, and consumers. At CSU, we continue to invest in finding ways to support, grow, and sustain our food systems.

I’ve been able to apply the tools I learned online with CSU directly to my job. I can actually tie the results of studies directly back to actionable data and decision-making at our farms.
